 Rating: - 2nd ZalmanThis is my second Zalman, last one worked for about 2 1/2 years before the fan fell off. I guess it spun too much :-) They work good though. Kind of a PITA to set on the CPU, but once you figure it out it is okay. Rating: - Great CPU CoolerPros: Very efficient and quiet cooler for your CPU. I have 3 of these in various machines I built and they haven't disappointed. It looks pretty nice, too, especially with the cool blue LED fan light. Cons: While this fan will last you a long time, the only issue I have is the ability to replace the fan if it goes bad. In reality, you will probably own this until you computer simply becomes too old and it becomes obsolete. Price can also be a con because there are other coolers out there that do the same or better job while being cheaper. Overall not a bad investment for your money. Zalman coolers have proven to be robust devices and will satisfy your PC needs. Rating:  - Pure copper goodnessIt's all copper (except the aluminum mount). It looks beautiful in my windowed case, blue LEDs aglow. But that's not why we're here. It lowered the temperature of my quad-core CPU by 20 degrees Celsius at full load and by 10 degrees at idle. That's a chunk. I had been running the AMD cooler that came with the CPU. It's quiet enough for me, but I've got six other fans running, so what's one more? Did I mention it's gorgeous? Not only is copper pretty, it conducts heat better than anything but silver, and it's twice as good as aluminum. It blows the heat right straight at my big rear exhaust fan. Couldn't have designed it better myself. I had no trouble installing it in my full tower on an MSI K9N2 Diamond mobo with an AM2+ socket; it just clipped in place easy as pie. Just bear in mind that it can rotate a smidge, so get it perpendicular before you close up. Before it arrived, I was considering lapping it, but when I unboxed it, I found the face to be well polished already. ... Read More Rating: - good machinegood product not extremely quiet but much better than what i had before i used it for my media pc Rating:  - The installation is a night mareI want to share with other customers, that this fan gave me a very bad day, I was so happy with my new AMD (t) Phenom /x4 955 until I got this Fan, the metal clip is extremely difficult or nearly impossible to put it in the right position. Just to set it up, I was almost fighting with this fan, I use all kind of tools to get it right, that eventually I got cut. I knew that it was going to happened, because the copper sheet are very sharp. Then this Fan is way to heavy for the Microprocessor, I was afraid I was going to damage my new processor, it is too heavy, then you have to be careful not to get cut, which I did. and then after 1 hour fighting with the Fan, then I was able by a miracle of GOD to fit it in the position as instructed by the guide. The guide is not to clear, but any how to install it I had to take it off from the Microprocessor, and it almost got pull by the weight of this Fan, I did not know how my new AMD Procesor survive this battle on top of it, with this terrible ...
