    I was very happy with the delivery time, and even happier on the products ability to burn various types of formats. The rewrites come out nice and clear. I no doubt recommend this product.

    It is a Very good product. I own 2 others in other computers. Only draw back it did not come with a Nero 9 software. But Nero 8 will do for now.

    Great DVD drive.No problem to install. Comes with Hero softwear easy to install and run.The firmwear has an automatic update which is good. However the last step of installing the update softwear is to send them your e mail address. And I keep getting an error message that the server is down try again later. It has been about 4 weeks. But as far as I know I'm getting the updates.

    Solved problems with Video Burning. Samsung seems to have a good reputation. Easy to install and use. Comes with no accessories, of course.

    Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RTRKQ71ZZ6FIB The installation of this drive into the computer tower went perfect(Only thing that was perfect about this drive), just because it says "half height" doesn't mean you need a special sized bay for it. I installed it into a Dell.

    The Disc Exploding Problem:
    The first problem is that the CD drive was accessing the CD for a long period of time. I tried another CD and the second problem arrived which is that once I tested the audio CD it spun so fast it blew up the CD! You can witness that in the video! As you will see the drive I received is very defective! If you purchase one of these drives please test it with a CD that you don't care for in case it blows up inside the drive.

    I don't recommend you purchase this drive.
